About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks with minimal supervision.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office by managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting team members with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense reports.

Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
