We are looking for a creative and results-driven Advertising Specialist to develop, implement, and manage effective advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Create engaging promotional content and advertising materials.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Ensure all advertising materials align with company branding guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
Build relationships with media partners and advertising vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or digital marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and social media marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
