The Assistant Nurse supports registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe, compassionate, and effective patient care.
The role includes assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring and reporting changes in their condition, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring that patient care areas remain clean, organized, and properly equipped.
All duties must be performed within the employee’s authorized scope of practice and under appropriate clinical supervision.
