Description

A reputable educational institution is looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support teachers in providing a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the main teacher with daily classroom activities and lessons.
Support students with learning activities, assignments, and classroom tasks.
Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.
Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and other school activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Provide individual attention and support to students when required.
Assist with student attendance and basic classroom records.
Encourage positive behavior and good communication among students.
Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff.
Follow school policies, procedures, and child-safety guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher or in a similar educational role is preferred.
Relevant education or teaching qualification is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and responsible attitude.
Ability to work effectively with children and teachers.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
