Description

An educational institution is seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment for students.

The successful candidate will work closely with the lead teacher, assist students with their learning needs, and help ensure that daily classroom activities are organized and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lessons.
Support students with learning activities, assignments, and classroom tasks.
Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and educational resources.
Monitor students during classroom activities, breaks, and other school activities.
Provide individual support to students when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Assist with attendance records and basic classroom documentation.
Encourage positive behavior, participation, and teamwork among students.
Communicate relevant student observations to the lead teacher.
Support school events, activities, and educational programs.
Follow school policies and maintain student confidentiality.
