Description

Seeking a patient, caring, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom teaching, assist students with daily learning activities, and help maintain a safe, organized, and encouraging educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.

Support students with their learning tasks and classroom assignments.

Help maintain discipline and encourage positive student behavior.

Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events.

Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and educational materials.

Provide individual attention to students who need additional support.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom.

Monitor student participation and report progress or concerns to the lead teacher.

Assist with attendance records and classroom documentation.

Encourage teamwork, creativity, and communication among students.

Communicate professionally with teachers and school staff.

Follow school policies and child safeguarding procedures.
