Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and update company records, files, and databases
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks

Requirements:

* Previous experience in administration or back-office operations is preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Immediate joiners preferred
