Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Backend Operations Executive/Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, SQL, MIS Reporting, and Inventory Management Systems.

Candidates with experience in the Retail Steel Industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory records across multiple locations
• Perform stock reconciliation, inventory tracking, and aging analysis
• Analyze stock movement and replenishment requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Develop VBA Macros to automate repetitive processes
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain inventory databases and ensure data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or related fields.
Preferred candidates:
• Experience in Inventory / Backend Operations / MIS / Supply Chain / Data Analytics
• Retail Steel Industry experience
• Experience handling large datasets
• Strong hands-on experience in Excel & VBA automation
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days
