Business Development Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings.

Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure client needs are met.

Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a business development executive or in a similar sales role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
