A healthcare service provider is seeking a compassionate, patient, and responsible Caregiver to provide personal assistance and daily care to individuals who require support with their everyday activities.

The successful candidate will help maintain clients’ comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being while providing respectful and attentive care according to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
– Support clients with walking, mobility, and safe movement when needed.
– Help prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual dietary requirements.
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
– Monitor clients’ general well-being and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professional or supervisor.
– Assist with medication reminders according to the care plan and authorized instructions.
– Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
– Accompany clients to appointments or activities when required.
– Follow hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.
– Maintain confidentiality and respect each client’s privacy and dignity.
– Communicate professionally with family members and the care team.
– Record daily care activities and report concerns promptly.
