We are seeking a dependable and physically fit Construction Helper to assist our on-site team with daily building and renovation tasks. In this role, you will handle manual labor, manage construction materials, operate basic power tools, and keep the worksite clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Preparation and Cleanup: Clear debris, hazardous materials, and obstacles from work areas to maintain a safe, organized site.

Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials (such as cement, bricks, lumber, and drywall) to designated work areas.

Tool and Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain basic power tools, concrete mixers, hand tools, and scaffolding under supervision.

Assisting Skilled Trades: Support masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with tasks like measuring, mixing mortar, and holding materials.

Basic Construction Tasks: Assist with digging trenches, pouring and leveling concrete, erecting temporary structures, and basic demolition work.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety instructions, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and immediately report potential hazards to the site supervisor.

Monthly Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000
