A leading construction company in Dubai offers an opportunity for a responsible Construction Safety Officer to monitor workplace safety, support site teams, and help maintain safe working conditions throughout construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections across construction work areas.
Monitor workers and contractors for compliance with site safety procedures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and required safety equipment.
Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions promptly.
Assist with toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness activities.
Maintain records of safety inspections, observations, and incidents.
Support investigations of workplace accidents and near-miss events.
Check that work areas, tools, equipment, and access routes are maintained safely.
Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to address safety concerns.
Assist with emergency preparedness and site evacuation procedures.
Monitor compliance with approved risk assessments and method statements.
Report safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
Support site management in maintaining a strong safety culture.
Ensure safety documentation is properly maintained and updated.
