We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic marketing professional who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and provide creative, data-driven solutions to support our global commercial objectives.

As a Corporate Director of Performance Marketing, you will lead the development, execution and optimisation of Rotana’s global performance marketing and digital commerce strategy. The role is responsible for driving measurable business growth through integrated digital initiatives across paid media, loyalty marketing, brand.com optimisation, digital analytics and third-party platform performance.

You will play a key role in strengthening direct revenue, enhancing digital customer experiences and maximising commercial efficiency across all source markets while working closely with Marketing, Revenue, Loyalty, IT, Sales, Distribution and Field Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Rotana’s global performance marketing strategy across SEM/PPC, paid social, programmatic, metasearch, affiliate and emerging digital channels to drive direct bookings and revenue growth.
Define KPIs, attribution models and ROI measurement standards across all digital performance initiatives.
Lead brand.com optimisation initiatives across UX, booking funnel performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness and conversion enhancement.
Drive digital editorial and content strategy using audience insights, performance analytics and generative AI best practices.
Support loyalty programme growth through targeted paid media campaigns, CRM-driven customer journeys and member acquisition strategies.
Manage and optimise relationships with digital marketing agencies, technology partners and third-party platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS and ROI to support data-driven decision making.
Champion a strong “test and learn” culture through A/B testing, experimentation frameworks and continuous optimisation initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and commercial teams on digital product enhancements, automation and personalisation opportunities.
Optimise Rotana’s digital presence across OTAs, metasearch platforms, review sites and distribution channels.
Develop digital governance frameworks, best practice playbooks and hotel-level digital performance standards across the portfolio.
Provide digital consultancy and support for hotel openings, rebranding and conversion projects.
Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing Manager while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Blueprint or Adobe Analytics are preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital or performance marketing with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience within an international hotel group, hospitality brand or travel industry environment is essential.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, CRM and loyalty marketing.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and related platforms.
Strong understanding of hospitality commercial models, OTA ecosystems and digital distribution strategies.
Experience managing agencies, cross-functional teams and large-scale marketing budgets.
Excellent communication, analytical, organisational and project management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
