A construction and engineering company is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to operate lifting equipment safely and efficiently at construction sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling heavy materials, following lifting plans, conducting equipment checks, and working closely with site supervisors and rigging teams to ensure safe and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Operate cranes safely according to site procedures and lifting requirements.
– Conduct pre-operation inspections and report any equipment issues.
– Lift, move, position, and lower heavy materials accurately.
– Follow approved lifting plans, signals, and safety instructions.
– Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and other site personnel.
– Maintain proper awareness of load capacity and operating limits.
– Ensure loads are properly positioned before lifting and movement.
– Follow all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Maintain daily equipment and operation records when required.
– Keep the crane and surrounding work area safe and organized.
– Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment faults, or incidents.
– Perform other crane-related duties as assigned by the site management.
