With Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum ten years experience in tendering of Oil and Gas projects in refineries, onshore, offshore and piping, pipe racks, E&l who can work independently
and prepare Techno-Commercial offer.
Experience in Primavera or planning software needed.
