Description

Perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting, and guiding clients/shoppers.
Provide information about establishment such as location and working hours of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.

Handle travel arrangements, schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining agendas etc.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Operate the telephone to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
Arrange for public transportation if requested by guests.
Maintain up-to-date data of tenants at the mall.
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating, etc.

Required Criteria:

Bachelors degree
3+ years UAE experience in handling front desk.
Excellent English communication skills, Chinese would be an advantage.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Good customer service skills
Microsoft excel skills, able to prepare reports.
