Description

A General Foreman is responsible for overseeing teams engaged in construction activities on a construction project; and planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control, and ensuring a safe work environment.

The General Foreman promotes safe working on site and implements company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
Allocate duties to workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor workforce productivity and maintain proper site discipline.
Coordinate the availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Follow site safety rules and ensure workers use the required PPE.
Identify work delays and report issues to site management.
