A professional, customer-focused Guest Relations Officer is needed to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle guest concerns efficiently. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere
Monitor guest feedback and report service improvements
Ensure high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented attitude
Professional appearance and behavior
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospitality systems is an advantage
Previous hospitality experience is a plus
