Job Overview

The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure excellent service standards
Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information
Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers
Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience throughout their stay

Requirements
