A well-established organization is seeking a caring, responsible, and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support healthcare professionals and provide quality assistance to patients in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities and personal care as required.
Support healthcare professionals with routine patient-care activities.
Monitor and report changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning when required.
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times.
Help with basic hygiene and grooming activities as appropriate.
Prepare and maintain patient-care areas and equipment.
Follow infection-control, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient-related records as instructed.
Assist with meal and hydration support when required.
Provide respectful and compassionate support to patients and their families.
Perform other duties related to patient care as assigned.

Requirements

Certificate, diploma, or relevant training in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistance, Caregiving, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous healthcare, hospital, clinic, elderly-care, or caregiving experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Physically fit and able to assist patients with mobility when required.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered..
