A reputable hospitality group is hiring an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead multiple departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance—to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all hotel operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service quality.
Monitor occupancy rates, budgets, and overall hotel performance.
Lead and motivate staff across all departments to achieve operational goals.
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage cost control, inventory, and procurement activities.
