About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to management as necessary.
Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic office software.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
