Key Responsibilities:

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
