About the Role

A private family residing in a large villa in Dubai is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy House Manager to oversee daily household operations and ensure the highest standards of service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Direct supervision, scheduling, and training of a household team consisting of:
2 Maids
1 Cook
1 Gardener
1 Security Guard

Operations: Manage daily household routines, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain quality standards.
Maintenance: Coordinate villa maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facilities (AC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping).
Inventory: Monitor household supplies, groceries, and equipment; handle procurement and budgeting.
Security: Oversee security protocols and ensure the safety of the property and residents.
Reporting: Act as the main point of contact between the family and the household staff.
Requirements

Proven experience as a House Manager, Villa Supervisor, or Senior Housekeeper in the UAE.
Age 30-45

Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Knowledge of villa maintenance and household systems.
Transferable Visa status is an advantage.
