A construction and engineering company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures across project sites.

The successful candidate will assist in monitoring workplace safety, maintaining compliance records, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees.

Key Responsibilities

– Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
– Conduct regular workplace and site safety inspections.
– Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
– Assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements.
– Monitor compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists, and inspection documentation.
– Assist with incident, accident, and near-miss reporting and investigations.
– Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions when required.
– Coordinate with supervisors, workers, and management regarding safety matters.
– Monitor the proper use of PPE and other safety equipment.
– Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures.
– Report unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
– Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.
