We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to manage and control stock levels for our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, support purchasing activities, and maintain smooth supply flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record daily inventory levels for all hotel departments (housekeeping, kitchen, F&B, amenities, etc.).

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Receive, inspect, and verify delivered items against purchase orders.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items.

Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems/software.

Assist with preparing purchase requests when stock levels are low.

Coordinate with suppliers, storekeepers, and department heads regarding stock needs.

Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety rules, and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills; knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
