Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical assistance to employees and users.

Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Install and update operating systems, applications, and approved software.
Assist users with email, internet, printing, and basic system-access issues.
Maintain records of reported technical problems and completed support activities.
Monitor IT equipment and report faults requiring specialist attention.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and basic access requests.
