A business operation in Dubai has an opportunity for a dependable Light Vehicle Driver to handle daily transportation requirements, deliver assigned items safely, and ensure timely movement between designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company-assigned light vehicles safely and responsibly.
Transport staff, documents, materials, products, or other assigned items as required.
Follow daily routes, schedules, and transportation instructions.
Collect and deliver documents, parcels, or goods to designated locations.
Verify delivery details before handing over items when required.
Maintain accurate trip, delivery, and vehicle records.
Conduct basic checks of the vehicle before and after daily use.
Report vehicle faults, accidents, delays, or maintenance requirements promptly.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
Follow UAE traffic laws, road regulations, and safe-driving practices.
Use GPS and navigation applications to plan efficient routes.
Communicate professionally with customers, staff, suppliers, and other relevant personnel.
Assist with loading and unloading light materials when required.
Maintain punctuality and complete assigned transportation duties according to schedule.
Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Valid UAE driving licence appropriate for a light vehicle.
Previous driving or delivery experience is an advantage.
Freshers with a valid UAE driving licence and good driving skills may also apply.
Good knowledge of Dubai roads and commonly used routes.
Safe, responsible, and defensive driving habits.
Basic English communication skills.
Good time-management and organizational abilities.
Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
Ability to use GPS/navigation applications.
Physically capable of assisting with light loading and unloading when required.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
