We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of facilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and leadership ability to manage maintenance teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and repair activities
Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure proper functionality
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of maintenance staff and technicians
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance services
Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies
