A property and technical services environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to inspect equipment, carry out routine repairs, and support the reliable operation of building facilities and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of building equipment and facilities.
Attend to basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues.
Diagnose faults and identify the cause of equipment or facility problems.
Perform repair, replacement, adjustment, and installation work as required.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to assigned schedules.
Check tools, equipment, fixtures, and technical systems for proper operation.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders.
Record completed maintenance activities and report unresolved issues.
Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for larger repair requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
Report major faults, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly.
Support emergency maintenance activities when required.
