We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and company documents.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when required.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and well-maintained.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in office administration is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
