Job Description:
We are a company basically from transport & equipment rental industry in Abu Dhabi, looking for a female Office Assistant & Lead Generation Executive to support our daily operations and help grow our client base.
Responsibilities:
Handle office support tasks: answering calls, managing emails, preparing basic documents and quotations.
Maintain client records, follow up with existing and potential clients, and update reports.
Conduct online research to identify new companies and projects, and create lead lists.
Coordinate with management regarding inquiries, bookings, and schedule updates.
Assist with basic social media / online communication related to the company’s services (if needed).
Requirements:
Female candidate, graduate (any discipline).
Must be currently living in Abu Dhabi.
Must be on own visa / husband visa / family visa (company will provide work permit).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi or other languages are an advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, internet research).
Prior experience in office admin, customer service or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary: Depending on the result in performance test.
Incentives/bonus can be discussed based performance.
Standard working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 6 days per week.
