We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day delivery operations. The ideal candidate will oversee rider performance, ensure smooth operations, and maintain service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily delivery operations and rider activities
Manage rider attendance, shifts, and performance
Ensure timely order deliveries and minimize delays
Coordinate with clients (Noon, Careem, etc.) for operational requirements
Handle rider issues, escalations, and troubleshooting
Maintain reports on performance, attendance, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics / delivery operations
Bachelor Degree
Experience handling delivery riders is a must
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
UAE experience (required)
