We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused, and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel outlet and ensure excellent service standards and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the hotel outlet (restaurant/café/service point)

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally

Monitor sales performance and achieve outlet targets

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and hotel service standards

Prepare reports on sales, operations, and performance

Coordinate with hotel management and other departments
