We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team for a specialty coffee shop concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop high-quality pastry items for:
• Breakfast menu
• All-day menu
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste meet brand standards
• Innovate and contribute to menu development
• Train team members and maintain strong quality control standards
• Manage daily pastry operations efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef
• Previous experience working with well-known brands
• Prior work experience in GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) is required
• Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and coffee shop concepts
• Ability to train teams, manage production, and maintain quality standards
• Willingness to travel when required
• Candidate must be currently based in a GCC country
