Description

A leading construction company is looking for an experienced and capable Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills, with the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Manage project costs and maintain budget control.
Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and take corrective action.
Review project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Prepare regular progress reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and site operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
