Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Neom, The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs related to construction and engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring and controlling budgets, managing cost planning and forecasting, and compiling cost reports. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that all financial aspects of the project align with the budget and project goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Strong skills in Claims and Variations
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Familiarity with construction methodologies and project lifecycle is advantageous
