We are looking for a Reservation Agent to handle customer bookings and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
Book, modify, and cancel reservations accurately
Provide information about services, availability, and pricing
Maintain updated booking records in the system
Coordinate with front office and operations team
Ensure high level of customer service at all times
Resolve booking issues and customer complaints professionally
