Job Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservations
- Providing information on availability, pricing, and amenities
- Processing reservations accurately in the system
- Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with reservation systems and software
