Key Responsibilities

Receive, process, and confirm room service orders accurately.

Deliver food, beverages, and requested items to guest rooms promptly.

Prepare and arrange serving trays and trolleys according to hotel service standards.

Interact with guests politely and professionally to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of trays, trolleys, and service equipment.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service procedures.

Respond to guest requests courteously and report any complaints to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized room service area.
