We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of safety standards and the ability to promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site
Conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments
Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws and company HSE policies
Conduct safety induction and training for workers and staff
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures
Maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records
Coordinate with site management to improve safety performance
