Description

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Safety Supervisor to ensure a safe working environment and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement effective safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations at the workplace
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE safety standards
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for staff
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports
Coordinate with management and site teams to improve safety practices
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
