Acquire and manage new business accounts in your specified channels;
Develop sales strategies to achieve set targets;
Make calls and generate leads using existing contacts and building new ones;
Prepare and make sophisticated presentations to customers;

Support the sales manager in managing existing accounts and relationships;

Work with the sales manager in participating in tenders and generating new key accounts;
Acquire continuously knowledge about the products and solutions sold;
Educate and train customers on the use of products and solutions offered;
Identify opportunities for growing sales with existing accounts;
Prepare regular reports outlining progress in leads and projects;
Coordinate with Operations team to ensure order fulfillment/service issues are addressed;
Monitor market trends and make recommendations.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.


Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in outside sales role in HORECA reporting directly to the sales manager;
Must have been a role where he/she generated alone sales of at least USD 400,000 per year;

Experience with key accounts in hospitality is a big plus;
Experience in the coffee/beverages industry is a plus;
Must hold a bachelor’s degree;
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PPT for reports);
Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills including well spoken English;
Perform effectively despite challenging deadlines and changing priorities;
Proven ability to study leads, analyze, and make great pitches;
Highly reliable self-starter; can be counted on to complete assignments on time;
Team player. Excellent attitude with a can-do personality;
Presentable and able to comfortably meet and speak with sophisticated customers.

REPORTING LINE: This position reports directly to the Sales Manager
