Description
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Train and mentor new sales staff
Handle key customer accounts and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
