Description

A well-established company is hiring an organized and responsible School Bus Fleet Coordinator to coordinate school bus operations, drivers, routes, schedules, and vehicle maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in transportation or fleet operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily school bus routes and transportation schedules.
Monitor bus operations and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
Coordinate with school bus drivers, attendants, school staff, and management.
Maintain updated records of buses, drivers, routes, and schedules.
Monitor driver attendance and arrange replacements when required.
Track vehicle servicing, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure buses are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition.
Monitor GPS tracking systems and respond to route or operational issues.
Handle transportation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure drivers follow company policies and road safety regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly fleet operation reports.
Coordinate emergency situations and communicate with relevant personnel.
Ensure compliance with applicable school transportation requirements.
Assist management with fleet planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

Previous experience in fleet coordination, transportation, logistics, or school bus operations.
UAE experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE roads and transportation procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple drivers, buses, and routes.
Good computer skills and familiarity with GPS/fleet management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
