A well-established organization is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel.
Assign duties, shifts, and patrol areas to security team members.
Monitor access points, visitor movement, and site security procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and security patrols.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare and maintain incident reports and daily security records.
Ensure security staff follow company procedures and safety regulations.
Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required.
Monitor CCTV and other security systems where applicable.
Train and guide security officers on proper procedures and professional conduct.
