Description

A patient and dedicated Shadow Teacher is required to provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students within the classroom environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with teachers and parents to help students improve their learning experience, confidence, and classroom participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual support to students during classroom activities
Assist students with academic tasks and learning development
Support classroom behavior management and student engagement
Coordinate with teachers regarding student progress and needs
Encourage student participation and independence
Maintain observation records and provide progress feedback
Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
