Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.
Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Review technical drawings and assist with resolving site-related issues.
Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements.
Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction regulations.
Assist with measurements, work inspections, and project scheduling.
Identify site challenges and communicate solutions to the responsible team.
Support the timely completion of project activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.

Fresh graduates may apply if they meet the role’s technical requirements.

Knowledge of construction methods, engineering drawings, and site procedures.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively with site teams and meet project deadlines.

Commitment to quality, safety, and professional standards.

Previous site experience is an advantage.
