Description

A well-established construction company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Site Inspector to monitor construction activities and ensure that site work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect ongoing construction and civil works at project sites.
Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation activities.
Verify completed work against approved drawings and specifications.
Identify defects, discrepancies, and quality issues and report them promptly.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and site teams.
Maintain inspection records, site reports, and daily progress updates.
Follow project safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
Support the project team during inspections, testing, and handover activities.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Previous site inspection or construction experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
Ability to identify quality issues and maintain accurate reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
