A healthcare Sector in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Staff Nurse. This opportunity is suitable for fresh nursing graduates looking to begin their professional career in a healthcare environment.

The selected candidate will assist with patient care, support medical staff, maintain clinical records, and follow established healthcare procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care to patients under appropriate supervision.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general condition.
Assist doctors and senior nursing staff during patient care.
Administer medications and treatments only as authorized and within the nurse’s scope of practice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Maintain proper hygiene and infection-control practices.
Educate patients and families on basic care instructions as directed.
Respond appropriately to patient needs and report changes in condition.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure proper handling and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
Follow facility policies, clinical protocols, and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration/license or eligibility for licensing as applicable in the UAE.
Fresh nursing graduates are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
UAE/GCC experience is not mandatory for fresh candidates.
